Canyons is celebrating NSAA's National Safety Week this year by creating awareness in Slow Zones and Terrain Parks. Throughout the weekend of January 19 - 21, we'll be promoting Terrain Park safety, Slow Zone safety and our Responsibility Code.
Digger Knowledge Clinics
Learn about riding terrain parks from the experts, The Diggers. These Clinics are for the new park user or observer/parents of park users. Topics include: Smart Style, ATML, Feature materials, park flow, features styles & staging zones. Stop by Painted Horse Progression Park for a free clinic on the dates below: No registration necessary.
Sunday, January 20: 11:00am and 2:00pm
Monday, January 21: 11:00am and 2:00pm
Can't make it to a clinic? The Smart Style video will be on TV at various outlets around the resort all week long!
Know the Code and Win

Show off Safety
Throughout the weekend, Canyons' staff will be on the mountain and in the parks, encouraging skiers and riders to slow down and use smart style. Special prizes will be awarded to those displaying a good example.
Kids Safety Poster Contest
On Saturday, January 20, come visit Murdock the Moose from 12:00pm - 2:00pm and show off your personal art work for a chance to win the Kids Safety Poster Contest!
